The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Managing of all quality related topics during the industrialization of lithium ion cell production plants
  • Planning and improving quality tasks during development and ramp-up of different locations
  • Support production quality teams and working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Creating standards and ensure the transfer of knowledge for the readiness of quality department for serial production
  • Managing deviations and lead troubleshooting teams
  • Preparing qualityrelated documents, e.g. control plans, P-FMEA, FAT and SAT 
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical/ chemical/ industrial engineering, electro chemistry or similar education
  • Several years of experience in mass production and the industrialization of new products and machines, e.g. automotive industry 
  • Knowledge of lithium ion cell production and/ or of the process step Formation & Aging
  • Proficient knowledge about process capability, MSA, 8D, SPC & PPAP
  • National and international travel readiness
  • Business fluent English language skills
