The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.

How you will CELLebrate

Purchasing of goods and services for the General Purchasing
Independent sourcing, negotiation and completion of single orders as well as frame contracts
Presentation of purchasing strategies and results in PowerCo sourcing committees
Administration and optimization of contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders
Establishment and management of strategic suppliers

What you need for our CELLebration

University degree in economics, industrial engineering or in a comparable field
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
Affinity for numbers and measurable results as well as pronounced strategic thinking skills
High sense of responsibility as well as strong organizational skills
Competent use of MS Office software
Fluent in spoken and written English
