The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Project management for the central Standard Factory team with responsibility for overall scheduling
- Develop and standardize of the Standard Factory engineering process and the blue print for battery cell production
- Design and implement of process management, monitoring, change management
- Track milestones and processes, escalate and setup of internal and external interfaces within the Standard Factory
- Design and collaborate in interdisciplinary projects
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed aster's degree in the field of engineering or a similar qualification
- Proven experience in process/ project management, especially with interdisciplinary teams (planning, controlling, monitoring and evaluating projects)
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Very good English skills
What else can you bring
- Experience in Smart Factory and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) as a process-oriented layer of a multi-tier production management system
- Experience with and implementation of change management processes
- Experience in setting up new production plants
- Manufacturing process and safety, process automation as well as plant planning
- Experience in digital production planning, digitization, data mining/ capture including factors that have a real-time impact on the manufacturing/ production process
