The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.


How you will CELLebrate

  • Supporting the board of management in the (further) development, design and implementation of organizational development - together with the HR and strategy departments
  • Analyzing the current situation and derivation of suggestions for optimizing the structure and process organization of the overall organization, derived from the corporate strategy, as well as support for the specialist departments during implementation
  • Supporting the implementation of measures to optimize organizational efficiency as well as derivation and control in the direction of an ideal structure
  • Single point of contact for business process optimization/restructuring of workflows/procedures
  • Specialist and process consulting with a focus on end-to-end processes
  • Shaping the working world of the future (methods, tools, processes)

What you need for our CELLebration

  • University degree in business administration (or a comparable degree), ideally with a focus on strategy and/or organizational theory
  • Relevant practical experience in supporting the processes of strategy work and their implementation in the organization, ideally in a prominent position
  • Experience in strategy consulting and/or strategy/organizational development in a group
  • Knowledge and experience in the design of the structural and process organization, business process optimization, design of the business organization, personnel assessment, function evaluation and job planning
  • Passion for actively designing and implementing change processes
  • Assertiveness and communication skills, customer orientation and negotiation skills
  • Business fluent English
