The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. The operations takes care of all operations related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Project Lead of a multidisciplinary Project within Operations incl. the coordination within the matrix organization such as Equipment and facility
  • Steering the Project on time, on cost, on specification and on quality in the HQ with the regional roll out in different location
  • Initiation and planning of the Project from the kick off until operating
  • Representing the Project within the Operations committee structure incl. adequate reporting
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • University degree or comparable education in science or techn. field
  • 10 years professional experience, preferable in Project Management within Operations
  • Strong leadership skills to steer a matrix organization multidisciplinary.
  • Self-initiative, analytic, systematic, team player, networker within a matrix organization.  
  • Willing to travel to the regional locations (North America, Asia, EU)
  • Fluent in english
