The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Monitoring and tracking the financial performance of the rollout project
  • Preparing investment proposals for presentation to investment committees
  • Coordinating and supporting the activities of the project management in creating status reports and project control committees
  • Conducting financial analysis and feasibility studies
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Research or Management or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, using tools like Excel or specialized software
  • Strong financial analysis skills with experience in conducting investment assessments and feasibility studies
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
 

What else can you bring

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive or battery sector
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices and coordination of committees
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI
