The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Defining, elaborating and supporting in the implementation of project standards using project management methods
  • Scheduling and schedule control of a battery project
  • Preparing agendas, (decision) documents and protocols for project committees
  • Preparing, executing and follow-up of cross-functional workshops    
  • Defining, elaborating and supporting the implementation of a project reporting, e.g. for executive committees
  • Involvement in the development of cross-departmental solutions approaches to solutions
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in an engineering subject or similar education

  • Experience in project management 

  • Experience in committee work desirable

  • Business fluent English language skills

  • High degree of teamwork ability and intercultural competence

  • High degree of communication skills and good moderation skills

  • High degree of personal initiative
