The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Executing and controlling projects in the field of SolidState battery technology
  • Closing cooperation with partners in the field of solid state batteries against the background of a constantly changing technology- and market environment
  • Steering all interactions between cooperation partner, PowerCo and end customer
  • Responsibility for the project goals
  • Accompanying the project phases from product and process development to industrialization
  • Developing and taking responsibility for overarching project schedules
  • Reporting of the project status including escalation in decision-making committees

 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
  • Experience in development and industrialization projects
  • Courage and commitment to implement technical innovations
  • Creation of decision templates
  • Skills in communication and cooperation with business partners
  • Fluent in English
