The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

• You will be as a subject matter expert for business process management, process mapping, and process improvement
• You collaborate across functions to build, align, standardize, and continuously evolve processes across the enterprise
• You lead training and change management efforts to ensure the successful implementation of new processes and provide key support in this effort
• You enjoy working in a challenging environment and want to continuously expand your methodological and technical knowledge
• Good to very good English skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, documentation, and process automation (e.g. RPA)
• Excellent knowledge and experience in modeling according to BPMN
• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment

• Experiences in working with the process management tool Signavio
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification are an advantage
• Experience with process analytics (process mining) or process automation (RPA)
