The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. The operations takes care of all operations related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.
How you will CELLebrate
- Steering and implementation of the standard factory as the basis for all factories worldwide in the PowerCo
- Ensure and steere the industrialization of Logistics for all PowerCo Standard Factories
- Create the strategic vision and implement it
- Ensure the logistics ramp-up of new plants
- Manage all measures to reach the targets and budget for building up the logistics infrastructure in the plant
- Work with exisiting PowerCo plants and implement our standard proceses
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, logistics, economics or similar training
- Project management experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very passionate and proactive about creating and adapting new processes in a dynamic industry
What else can you bring
- Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish)
- Professional experience in the battery industry
- Experience in dealing with external business partners and suppliers
