The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 
 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Preparation and continuous maintenance of the program planning as well as the annual and quarterly plan for the sample battery cells.
  • Coordination and coordination of the planning with the relevant departments (laboratories, prototype lines...).
  • Monitoring the implementation of the planned milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify and manage risks and proactively resolve issues.
  • Regular reporting on planning status and adjustments to stakeholders.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Degree in engineering, production technology or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in program and project planning.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent English, preferably at B2 level
  • Experience in using project management tools and MS Office.
  • Ability for interdisciplinary cooperation and teamwork.
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Experience in VW processes and procedures
  • Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
