The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.
How you will CELLebrate
- Assessing feasibility of new product and project from overall PowerCo’s business perspectives
- Collecting and consolidating new product and project’s technical requirement, manufacturing compatibility, and cost indication
- Analyzing consolidated information to make a recommendation for Go/No-Go decision of new business
- Closely communicating with customers and internal stake holders
- Responding to customer request for business initiation including RFI and RFQ
- Preparing and reporting the feasibility assessment result to management for decision-making
- Establishing new product and project feasibility assessment and decision processes
What you need for our CELLebration
- Bachelor or higher degree in technology or business
- Experience with business development in manufacturing industry
- Competence in the analysis and evaluation of business implication of a product
- Familiarity with lithium-ion technology and market
- Business fluent in English
- Outstanding team spirit, good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel international (on Business Trips)
