The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the Data Platform, aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
  • Gather and analyse user feedback, market trends, and business needs to inform product development decisions
  • Work in tandem with the lead data platform architect as well as collaboration with the Data Governance Officer and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Quality, Logistics, Business Intelligence, Finance, HR and Procurement to ensure successful product delivery and functionality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data platform, its capabilities, and how it supports business processes and decision-making
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, coordinating the requirements for feature development
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their expectations
  • Report to decision-making committees

 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years experience in a product management or product owner role, preferably in the data or analytics space
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data platform solutions as well as strong understanding of data platforms, data warehousing, and data processing technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Ability to design highly performant, scalable, secure and cost effective cloud-based data solutions, and articulate architectures and design choices to business units
  • Experience in risk management and with Scrum/ KANBAN/ SAFe, Agile as well as ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal
  • Experience with data governance, master data management, and compliance frameworks as well as proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and analysis tools and knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO and Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate 
  • AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty and Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer
  • Data Management and Analytics Certifications
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) and Certification in Risik and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are a plus
