The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Overview and detailed knowledge of R&D processes in battery-cell development including all necessary parts like process steps / tasks, milestones, roles, and responsibilities. 
  • Definition and modeling of R&D processes in battery-cell development and their interaction with each other
  • Monitoring of process performance and reporting of key performance indicators
  • Process optimization: definition of measures to improve in collaboration with stakeholders and tracking as well as reporting their implementation
  • Training of process participants
  • Process consulting for stakeholders within PowerCo SE
  • Conception, planning, execution and review of R&D process introduction and establishment 
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in IT, computer science, business informatics or similar education
  • Expert knowledge and experience in process management and optimization
  • Knowledge in data and project management
  • Strong hands-on mentality and an efficient working style in order to get up to speed quickly on complex tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Business fluent English language skills.
