The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Elaborating valuestream on basis of existing technologies, equipment and customer requests
- Optimizing valuestream in terms of economical, productivity and efficiency values
- Developing and creating of a digital workspace incl. digital twins from single equipment to the complete manufacturingprocess
- Identifying of equipment- and processoptimization on basis of digital simulations of valuestreams and real time manufacturing-data
- Resolving measures for new equipment generations and technologies through the whole processchain with respect to measures footprint, invest, total cost of ownership
- Identifying possible partnerships and developing technical jobsplits
- Creating specifications and executing of the implementing process for customer projects
- Creating a standardtool for equipmentplanning, -engineering/-design, -manufacturing for new machinery and equipment generations
- Interacting with departments of up- and downstream processes like equipmentdesign, digitlaization, manufacturing, projectmanagement and others
What you need for our CELLebration
- Studies of mechanical-/ electrical-/ automatisation engineering or comparable studies
- Experienced in the topic of planning or engineering big scale complex-/automated equipmentprojects
- English language skills and willingness to travel national and international
