Planner Change Management (all genders)

The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

• Accompanying the creation of change requests in the context of a battery project
• Supporting business departments in the creation of change requests requests
• Supporting the holistic change management process
• Planning and executing the preparation and decision meetings for the change management
• Active participation in the development of the daily used software solutions software solutions in JIRA and Confluence for controlling and tracking of the change processes
• Establishing, harmonizing and standardizing the change management processes 

• Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in an engineering subject or similar education

• Experience in change management/project management 

• Basic technical understanding of development, production and procurement processes of battery cell products

• High level of communication skills and assertiveness

• Experience using the following systems: Atlassian JIRA Secure, Atlassian Confluence Secure, DMS Data Storage, Microsoft Teams 

• Business fluent English language skills 

• High level of teamwork and intercultural competence

• High level of communication skills and good moderation skills

• High degree of initiative
