The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Managing the permitting and approvals process for construction, operation and modifications of battery cell factories in Europe and worldwide
  • Coordinating with contact persons of land development, design, construction, operations and environmental to develop comprehensive permitting strategies
  • Preparing permit application documents and prepare planning documents and expert reports together with local permitting experts
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments during due diligence and throughout design and construction to identify permit requirements and associated risks
  • Communicating with customers, authorities and stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing global standards and guidelines for permit management
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed university studies in engineering, environmental or natural sciences
  • Several years of professional experience delivering permits for large and/or complex industrial projects preferably related to battery cells
  • Knowledge of German and European environmental and nature conservation law as well as approval law, especially in the areas of immission control and environmental approvals
  • Experience in project management or scheduling
  • Business fluent in English
  • Accurate, independent, reliable working style and willingness to travel internationally
