The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Budget planning for Battery specific infrastructure (BSI) cost for PowerCo projects and regions, creating and controlling forecast, strategy and operational planning rounds for all BSI projects
  • Analyzing cost elements of BSI projects, conducting deviation analysis, running benckmark to identify driving cost, taking countermeasures to improve project cost
  • Preparing BSI projects related reports and documents, as well as materials 
  • Tracking overall project progress, allocating resources and creating effective communication among different projects and regions for BSI projects
  • Monitoring and checking contract price, communication with suppliers, alignment with purchasing, finance and legal departments before signing, creating and maintaining contract database
  • Conducting cross project teams exchange, defining effective methods and process, standardization of methods, processes and tools, maintaining knowledge hub for all relevant stakeholders
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project management or a related field
  • Proven experience in battery specific infrastructure or construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in risk management, with the ability to idendify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
