The team handles diverse topics like cost benchmarking, overhead and project budget management, value engineering, and cost data-driven decision-making.

- Develop a thesis that addresses a specific topic within Operational Cost Excellence.

- Explore the role of data visualization in achieving Operational Cost Excellence within the context of PowerCo's factory operations.

- Ensure alignment with current cost management best-practices and validate your findings.

- Conduct research and propose innovative ways to analyze and present cost-relevant data for decision-making.

- Document methodologies, results, and recommendations in your thesis.

- Strong interest in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence in the context of factory projects and operations.

- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
