We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. As an intern to write a thesis in PowerCo's Corporate Security team, you will play an active role in shaping a standardized process landscape for our global security organization. At the end of your thesis, you will not only have a comprehensive understanding of an international security organization but also possess in-depth knowledge of operational and strategic processes. How you will CELLebrate

  • Analysis and evaluation of existing processes
  • Development of a structured methodology for identifying, evaluating and responding to global events and possible incidents
  • Creation of a systematic approach for documenting and securing knowledge from internal and external incidents
  • Conducting market and technology analyses to identify innovative methods and systems
  • Development of proposals for optimizing processes and documentation methods
  • Presentation of the results and preparation of a comprehensive final report
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Ongoing Master's degree in the field of security technology or hazard prevention, e.g.: security technology, rescue engineering, security and hazard prevention, security management, hazard prevention, risk and security management or related disciplines
  • Analytical skills as well as structured and conscientious work
  • Goal and performance oriented way of working
  • Creativity, curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team, empathy and strong communication skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • At least initial experience in the field of hazard prevention, such as fire service, technical relief organization or rescue service
