The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Working with innovative mixing processes for future electrode production technologies
- Development of a new at-line method/procedure to determine the quality of electrode material before further processing
- Identify correlations between process parameters and product properties to optimize product properties with analytical and electrochemical methods
- Validation of the method/procedure under pre-series conditions in lab environment
What you need for our CELLebration
- Master studies in the field of process/chemical/mechanical engineering, chemistry or similar education
- Experience in continuous mixing of battery masses
- Experience in working in a battery lab and handling of sensitive analytical devices
- Very good English skills
