The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Manage and monitor Office 365 service health and performance 
  • Office 365 Day-to-day activities and support of implementations and products namely, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
  • Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies 
  • Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access as well as monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services
  • Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution and provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system / application issues
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with policies
  • Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, policies and configurations as well as formulate and create Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external access
  • Assist with training and adoption of new Office 365 solutions and processes
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration or a similiar education
  • Current / certified knowledge of the Office 365 ecosystem
  • Experience in supporting Office 365 products
  • Ability to configure Office 365 to manage processes and document storage
  • Skilled at user support and training as well as beeing able to present technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as effective project management and facilitation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English)
  • Able to work effectively in an international culturally diverse environment
 

What else can you bring

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Working knowledge in PowerShell, Azure AD Connect and Office 365 Admin app  
  • Experience in a systems administrator role
  • Experience in the area of cloud clients
