The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Advice on and structuring of labor and social security law topics as well as advice on and structuring in the field of HR compliance
  • Focus in collective labor law
  • Representation of the company in and out of court in labor law and social security law matters
  • Recognizing and solving legal issues and independent implementation in cooperation with the respective departments
  • Design as well as participation in negotiation and enforcement of collective regulations in cooperation and coordination with the social and company partners
  • Observing case law/legal changes and deriving recommendations for action 
  • Development of technical statements, positions, recommendations for action
  • Coordination of external law firms in Germany and abroad
  • Conception and design of professional trainings and qualification formats
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • 1st and 2nd state examination in law or equivalent degrees with above-average results
  • Ideally business fluent German and English 
  • Assertiveness, good argumentation and communication skills
  • Team player with an interactive, communicative and structured working style
  • Understanding of economic relationships and personnel processes in the company
