The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Corporate housekeeping of PowerCo and its subsidiaries
  • Advice on all national and international corporate law issues as well as on specific issues in German and European corporate law
  • Legal support of company formations, mergers, etc. in Germany and abroad
  • Legal support of board meetings
  • Coordination of cooperation with external lawyers in Germany and abroad
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • German law degree with results above the average and the admission to the bar
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of corporate law in an international company or in an international law firm 
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Decisive personality with entrepreneurial spirit
  • A team player with interactive, communicative, structured working style, excellent negotiating skills and high implementation speed
