Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
How you will CELLebrate
Key objective: Develop and enhance learning pathways and content across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and standards, as well as industry advancements.
- Analyze training needs and gaps in collaboration with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with our company's objectives
- Partner with subject matter experts across locations to develop comprehensive learning pathways
- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences tailored to diverse content and learner needs
- Develop high-quality learning content and customize existing materials to meet specific requirements
- Establish and uphold standards and best practices for learning design across our portfolio of training programs
- Create comprehensive training materials and documentation for teaching and identify and implement learning technologies that support business tools (LMS) and scalability (e.g., AR/VR)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate learning solutions based on feedback and best practices and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing between sites to leverage expertise and best practices
What you need for our CELLebration
- Proven experience in learning design, instructional design, or a related field within the manufacturing, technology, or chemical sector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Informational Technology, Manufacturing, Chemistry or related field
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with quality standards and best practices in learning design and development
What else can you bring
- Experience with battery cell production is an advantage
- German and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage
- Expertise in digital learning solutions and technology-enhanced training programs
What to look forward to
