Internship of Claims and Invoice Management

 
Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Compile claims or invoices received from suppliers and contractors, maintain data bank.
  • Prepare the documents for the approval process and coordinate with technician, finance and purchase departments.
  • Cross check with relevant documents, coordinate with stakeholder to clarify open points
  • Track approval or payment process status
  • Supporting other BSI commercial related activities
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Students (Bachelor's or Master's studies) in economics, business administration, construction, (industrial) engineering or similar fields
  • Very good language skill in German and English
  • Good command of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive and analytical way of thinking and working
  • Good communication skill
