The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.

 

 

How you will CELLebrate

• Support in the selection and evaluation of suppliers
• Support in investment planning and expense tracking for battery projects
• Participation in scheduling sourcing plans, including tracking
• Planning of supplier evaluations and audits
• Support in verifying the plausibility of suppliers’ industrialization timelines
• Continuous follow-up on suppliers’ industrialization timelines
• Continuous follow-up on measures to ensure adherence to respective project milestones
• Support in preparing reports and presentations for management and the project organization

 

 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Students from the beginning of the 3rd semester with an economics or technical focus
  • Good to very good academic achievements
  • High degree of independent and solution-oriented work as well as analytical skills
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Strategic competence and advanced knowledge of project management
  • Fluency in English, good to very good knowledge in German, another foreign language desirable
