The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Strategy department is responsible for developing and implementing the global PowerCo strategy. Our responsibilities encompass strategy development, market screening, business development, and the ramp-up of ramp-up of global PowerCo entities.
How you will CELLebrate
- Support of the project teams in the preparation and operational implementation of national and international cooperation projects (e.g. participation in the execution of workshops)
- Conducting detailed market and industry analyses
- Participation in the preparation of company valuations as well as complex financial models
- Support of the project teams in the preparation of process documents (e.g. term sheets, JV agreements, senior management presentations for decision making)
- Interaction with the various internal stakeholders involved and potentially with partners
- Support in the ongoing development of processes and tools
What you need for our CELLebration
- Students (Bachelor's at least finished 2nd year or Master's studies) of a degree program with a focus on either business & economics, natural sciences, engineering or similiar
- Initial practical experience in the areas of corporate finance, private equity; M&A; investment banking; transaction services or valuation as well as project management. Interested in the automotive and battery industry
- Very good command of MS Office applications and knowledge of e.g. CapitalIQ and Mergermarket
- Very good command of German and English; both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
- Duration: from 3 months on
