The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. As a recruiting team, we are in charge of attracting the best international talents and experts in a changing work environment and at the same time creating the best candidate experience. In this way, we are responsible for the organization and communication of the entire application process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to designing and optimizing the internal and external recruiting process.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Dive into the heart of our talent pool by reviewing and screening resumes and applications.
  • Craft and post engaging job ads on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessment centers, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for events and strategic projects, ensuring we have the best candidates at our fingertips.
  • Assist in a variety of recruiting projects and initiatives, contributing to our ongoing success.
  • Aid in reporting activities, providing valuable insights to our talent team.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good skills in Excel for reporting purposes
  • Good skills in PowerPoint
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Any previous experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus
  • A proactive and confident approach, along with a team-player attitude
