The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Actively support the development of PowerCo's global battery cell factories in the area of HSE: environmental protection, occupational safety, plant safety, fire protection
- Assist in the development of group-wide HSE policies, procedures and standards across the company
- Assist in the design of occupational health and safety and environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and prepare roll-outs at the plants
- Support with environmental permits for battery cell factories- Support for occupational safety specialists
- Support in the development of disposal concepts, fire protection and safety/incident concepts for battery cell factories
What you need for our CELLebration
- Studies in the field of safety engineering, environmental management, chemistry, engineering or related fields
- Initial experience in occupational safety, environmental protection or fire protection
- Teamwork, commitment and problem solving skills
- Confident handling of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Interest in the battery industry and the wish to support and help shape the largest battery project in Europe and NAR in HSE topics
- Business fluent in English and German
What else can you bring
- Experience with management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or fire protection and safety concepts
- Understanding of applicable occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection regulations
