The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.
How you will CELLebrate
- Assist in initiating, planning, executing, and concluding digital transformation projects.
- Work closely with IT teams and business units to understand project goals and requirements.
- Learn and apply best practices in project management.
- Assist in leading and motivating project teams.
- Track project progress and assist in adjusting strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in meetings and support communication with stakeholders to promote transparency and support for the projects.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business informatics, computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a related field.
- Some experience in project management, data analysis, or digital technologies through coursework, projects, or internships is a plus.
- Interest in agile and traditional project management methods.
- Basic analytical skills and an understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
- Initial experience with or interest in data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, or Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
- Curiosity and quick learning ability.
- Fluent in German and/or English, both written and spoken.
What else can you bring
- Initial experience with SAP or an interest in learning SAP skills.
- Enthusiasm for digital transformations and the latest technology trends.
- An open and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
