The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision.
How you will CELLebrate
- Cross-functional support in the HR area of PowerCo with a focus on culture, change, internal communication & events
- Support development and layout of internal publications (intranet, newsletters, print magazines) including editorial assistance in the design of corporate media
- Support also in the area of learning and development, e.g. in the introduction of learning platforms, development of processes, preparation of ideas and development of concepts
What you need for our CELLebration
- Students (Bachelor's or Master's studies) of a degree program with a focus on journalism, media studies, communication studies or similiar
- Strategic competence and advanced knowledge in project management
- First experience in communication
- Experience in personnel and organizational development
- Business fluent in English, another foreign language desirable
- Duration: 6 months
