The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision.
As an integral member of our team, you will actively contribute to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes cultural understanding within our organization. You'll collaborate on various projects focused on learning initiatives, cultural engagement, and diversity enhancement.
How you will CELLebrate
- Assist in developing and implementing cultural-focused programs and initiatives.
- Contribute to creating educational resources and materials to promote cultural awareness and inclusivity.
- Support the coordination of events, workshops, and discussions centered around cultural change, diversity and learning.
- Collaborate with team members on research projects related to cultural competency and diversity best practices.
- Participate in meetings and contribute innovative ideas to advance cultural change within the organization.
- Take ownership of small individual projects.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Passionate commitment for people's mindsets topics and personal growth.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in fields related to cultural studies, sociology, psychology, education, or a relevant area.
- Excellent communication skills in English, nice to have: German basic knowledge.

- Organizational skills and hands-on mentality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently when necessary.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in diversity initiatives, cultural understanding, or related areas.
