The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Consolidation and Release of BSI Design Topics:
- Assist in consolidating, releasing, and steering all BSI design-related topics per Value Stream in a timely manner, under the guidance of the design management team.
- Support the coordination with suppliers and internal departments to facilitate the timely release of design documents and specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
- Input Collection from Various Departments:
- Collect inputs from different departments, with a focus on fire protection and permit requirements, to ensure comprehensive consideration of all design aspects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, specifications, and feedback, contributing to the development of holistic design solutions.
- Design Change Management:
- Assist in the management of design change processes based on requests, under the supervision of experienced design managers.
- Support the evaluation of design change requests for feasibility, impact, and alignment with project objectives, and assist in coordinating with stakeholders to implement approved changes effectively.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Engineering or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of battery specific infrasructure design principles and processes, with a willingness to learn and contribute to design management activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
