Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production.The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Support testing planning and coordination for projects
  • Support for implementing overarching process to improve efficiency
  • Monitoring testing supplier management (qualification, service quality)
  • Support all projects meet the testing related milestone
  • Keep transparency and close communication with related stakeholders
  • Ensure all purchasing related integrity and compliance situation and take countermeasures when necessary
  • Support for monthly project testing status report including milestone, testing cost, service quality
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies in the field of engineering or related fields
  • Business fluent in English and very good German Chinese language skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
  • High level of interest in the field of battery industry

  • First practical experience in the automotive or battery industry or interest in battery technology and future of mobility
  • Structured way of working and good communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative and willingness to learn
