Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities

 

  • Get insights and support cell development projects in testing and cell performance evaluation department 
  • Scheduling, coordinating and evaluating of cell tests (electrical, environmental, safety and mechanical tests)
  • Evaluating the performance and safety characteristics as well as development of automated and IT-based data analysis methods
  • Developing of new methods, test procedures and testing strategies
  • Cooperating and steering of external development partners
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Ongoing student in informatics, chemistry, materials science, physics, mechanics, electrical engineering or similar education
  • Interest in test and fault management, root cause analysis and physical evaluation
  • Fundamental knowledge and interest in data analysis and calculation methods with Python and Matlab
  • Business fluent english language skills
  • High degree of personal initiative and engagement
