Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

Your role and key responsibilities

Assist in the central management of resources within the tech department
Support the creation and maintenance of documentation
Help plan, monitor and report the tech department's budget, other KPIs and project status
Participate in the coordination of personnel-related matters

What you bring to the team

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with SAP ERP systems is an advantage
Fluent English
