Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Human Resources department takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • You will gain exciting insights into the various areas of operational human resources management and work closely with the HR Business Partners, the Global Mobility Experts and the HR Admin Specialists.
  • You will support our team in day-to-day business, create evaluations, presentations and process descriptions as well as contract documents and certificates.
  • You will be involved in all matters relating to international assignments and the Global HR Ramp-up at our locations.
  • You will gain insights into the processing of personnel measures in accordance with the Works Constitution Act (e.g. hiring, transfers, HR development and regroupings).
  • You will be involved in our HR projects right from the start.
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Students (Bachelor's or Master's degree) fields related to human resources, psychology, sociology, education or similar
  • Enthusiasm for HR topics
  • Curiosity and quick comprehension
  • Fluent written English and strong communication skills
