Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Human Resources department takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities

Your tasks

 

Coordination & Organization

  • Support in the planning and execution of the relocation process.
  • Maintenance of relocation lists and employee information.
  • Coordination of appointments with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Leasing of existing office space.

Communication

  • Contact person for employees with questions about the move.
  • Creation and dispatch of information materials (e.g. FAQs, relocation instructions).

Logistics & Support

  • Accompaniment of the moving days on site.
  • Control of inventory lists and support in the distribution of workplaces.
  • Coordination of material and equipment.

Administrative activities

  • Documentation of project progress.
  • Support in follow-up and feedback collection.
  
 
What you bring to the team

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (e.g. business administration, logistics, project management or comparable courses of study).
  • Organizational talent and structured way of working.
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Languages: German and ideally English
