Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Operations department takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Support in the identification, evaluation and technical development of process steps, as well as in the development of a process landscape of battery recycling
  • Collaboration in the conception, evaluation and planning implementation of technical solutions and new machine and process modules for the recycling of production waste and batteries
  • Support in the organization, planning and management of projects related to battery recycling
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Completed or ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a technical field (process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, recycling or similar, also in combination with an economic component)
  • Background knowledge in the development of new processes
  • Practical experience in the laboratory, pilot plant or analytics
  • Experience in project management and project initiation and/or experience in dealing with large amounts of data and/or experience in dealing with literature and patents
  • Confident handling of MS Office products
  • Optional: CAD experience
