Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

Your role and key responsibilities

Assist in the central management of resources within the tech department
Help plan, monitor and report the department's budget, project status and other KPIs
Support in headcount planning & steering
Plan and coordinate organizational events & workshops

What you bring to the team

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in business administration, business engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with SAP systems is a plus
Fluent in English
