The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Analyzing processes and production methods
- Identifiying improvement potentials including cost effectiveness calculation
- Standardizing work processes, efficiently using resources in order to reduce production costs
- Optimizing existing processes and production procedures, taking into account organizational, technological and work safety considerations
- Planning and purchasing efficient and functional production processes
- Preparation of the corresponding technical documentation
- Coordinating and supporting the commissioning of the new plants and machines
- Consulting on production development and sustainable improvement of operating results
- Moderating workshops (3P, CIP, problem solving, ...)
- Creating working time models / group organization
- Participating in the creation of Lean trainings
- Developing new concepts in the area of IE/PS in connection with new digital methods
- Being the central contact person for the plants in the area of Industrial Engineering (IE) and production system
- Workplace evaluation according to MTM and EAWS (ergonomics)
- Creating SAB's
- Bottleneck analysis and plausibility checks with IE tools
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under)graduate degree in mechanical engineering, technical business administration, economics or similar education
- Experience in the field of production start-ups
- Ability to analyze production technologies and processes
- Knowledge of the conception, planning and organization of industrial work processes
- Know-how of performance assessments, time recording techniques, production cost analysis
- Knowledge of relevant KPI and quality standards in production
- Knowledge of lean management or CIP (continuous improvement process)
- Strong communication and conflict solving skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Organizational skills and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to perform, proactive and efficient
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally required
- Business fluent English language skills for our international team
