The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization. 

  

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Implementing and monitoring efficient and coordinated IT service delivery promoted through knowledge management
  • Managing incidents, identifying and resolving proactive problems, optimizing IT service performance, guarantees IT security and implements successfully changes
  • Providing integrated management and leadership of IT service processes in the IT organization
  • Ensuring smooth, secure, and high-performance delivery of IT services while effectively managing issues and changes and efficiently managing knowledge
  • Responsibility for the integration and coordination of the various IT service processes and for ensuring that service level agreements are met, and that the services provided meet the required quality standards
  • Ensuring that IT service processes comply with applicable policies, regulations and compliance requirements 
  • Monitoring audits and reviews, including identification of bottlenecks, to ensure that the organization meets the required standards 
  • Coordination of knowledge improvement and optimization based on the results from incident and problem management 
  • Providing ITIL best practice service management consulting at a strategic, design, and operational level
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field 
  • Current / certified  knowledge in IT Servce Management 
  • Expert knowledge of ITIL and service management processes as well as expert knowledge of IT Service management tools e.g. ServiceNow
  • IT Risk management in an operational environment
  • Able to present technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective project management and facilitation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English)
 

What else can you bring

  • Relevant certifications
  • Experience in a systems administrator role
  • Experience with IT Infrastructure technologies and solutions
  • Experience with disaster recovery / failover
