IT Demand & Portfolio Management Intern

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production.The IT department takes care all matters relating to information technology. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate

  • Support in the coordination of IT requirements of the various business units

  • Collaboration in the evaluation of new IT requirements with regard to feasibility, cost efficiency & priority

  • Cross-divisional coordination for the specification of requirements

  • Participation in the annual budget planning

  • Support the tendering process for the procurement of IT systems

  • Participate in the continuous review of the progress of projects in the IT portfolio to ensure that they are in line with schedules, budgets and quality standards

  • Support the planning and coordination of IT projects

  • Participation in the preparation of internal documents

  
 
What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in business administration/industrial engineering/business informatics/computer science or comparable studies

  • Language skills: German (C1) & English (B2)

  • First practical experience in IT demand, portfolio or project management

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Structured way of working and good communication skills

  • High level of initiative and independence
