The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Tracking of the IT budget during the year and preparation of forecasts with the Finance department
  • Ensuring budget transparency across departments and projects
  • System-supported initiation and processing of call-offs from framework agreements
  • Execution of booking orders
  • Initiating and processing of orders from external partners
  • Coordination and alignment of operations with relevant stakeholders
  • Preparation of documents for budget releases in committees
 

What you need for our CELLebration

 

  • Completed technical/college studies (e.g. business administration, engineering) or a comparable qualification
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • English language skills on level B2 (fluent use)
  • Relevant experience in the area of finance & accounting
  • Initiative, self-reliance and team-oriented way of thinking
 

What else can you bring

  • Process experience with Volkswagen internal financial processes is desirable
