The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Developing the management system and processes according to ISO 45001 and support implementation at all PowerCo sites
- Administrating and managing the digital HSE system as a central contact for all sites
- Collaborating with other disciplines, particularly QM and environmental, to ensure a working integrated management system
- Implementing measures to achieve KPIs and targets in coordination with specialist and production areas
- Developing and maintaining compliance processes, plan and execute internal/external audits and prepare environmental reports
- Planning and implementing employee briefings and training courses in the field of occupational safety
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed studies in safety engineering or comparable engineering studies
- Certified german occupational safety specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) or comparable international qualification
- Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of ISO 45001 Systems in international geographies
- Experience with digital (cloud-based) HSE management platforms
- Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety and health in a manufacturing company, preferably related to battery cells
- Business fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally on business trips
What else can you bring
- Good language skills in German, Spanish or another European foreign language
- Certified internal auditor ISO 45001
- Knowledge and qualification from the fields of ergonomics, health management, hazardous substances
- Experience with management systems according to ISO 9001 / 45001 / 50001
