The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of corporate product are varied. The corporate product takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Building the Vertical Integration department in supplier quality
  • Leading a team
  • Taking responsibility for the qualification and development of suppliers in the field of raw materials and active materials
  • Taking responsibility for establishing and maintaining a KPI system for the area of raw materials and active materials quality
  • Monitoring actions and status reports
  • Ensuring training and development for employees and relevant interface functions 
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • A degree in mining, materials science, mechanical engineering, or related fields with a focus on raw materials
  • Experience in raw materials and complex supply chains
  • Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams
  • International leadership and experience project management
  • Experience in monitoring supplier quality performance using KPIs
  • Knowledge of quality management and automotive standards (ISO9001, IATF16949)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Business fluent in English and willingness to travel

  • Experience in the mining sector
  • Experience in supplier quality / raw material supply chain management
  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry
