The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Lead of Test and Performance sub-department within series development of cells
- Responsible for requirements management, test management and failure management of battery cells and sub-components along V model
- Responsible for validation of cells including electrical, safety and environmental tests and development of validation concepts
- Ensuring the activities to achieve the specifications for the respective development milestones on time.
- Responsible for the assessment of overall cell performance
- Carrying out resource planning, management and control
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in requirements management, test management and validation
- Experience in battery cell development
- Leadership experience
- Very good understanding of data analysis and deriving measures
- Good communication skills in an international and intercultural environment – willingness to travel internationally
- Business fluent in English
