Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Data Management team
  • Strategic management and execution of Data Management portfolio within the technology department
  • Overseeing requirements engineering in the Data Management team, focusing on identifying, documenting, and managing the technical requirements for technology projects.
  • Management of R&D projects, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing project timelines and resources. Ensuring projects meet technical specifications and business objectives, as well as tracking project progress to lead to successful completion
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Ensuring, planning, continuous monitoring and escalation of the objectives described in the projects
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Completed university degree (or doctorate) e.g. in the field of natural sciences, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineerin
  • Disciplinary and technical management experience
  • Sound professional experience in the field of data management in automotive or battery-related industry
  • Strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
  • Skills in communication and collaboration with business partners in English
