The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Establishment of the Special Operations & Supplier Projects department
  • Leading a team 
  • Responsibility for setting up a project management system for supplier projects
  • Setting up, editing, tracking and completing internal and external projects for special topics within supplier quality
  • Responsibility for the establishment of a task force management within supplier quality in coordination with the PowerCo manufacturing plants and the internal interfaces 
  • Monitoring of measures and status reports
  • Communication and cooperation with suppliers
  • Preparation and assurance of reporting to the project client and to the management 
  • Ensuring training and education of employees and the corresponding interface functions
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, natural sciences, production engineering or comparable qualification
  • Experience in building a team
  • Leadership Experience
  • Professional leadership experience of cross-functional teams
  • Experience in project management
  • Task Force Management
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers
  • Solid knowledge of quality management and the automotive sector (ISO9001, IATF16949)
  • Experience in the field of electromobility and battery cells
  • Above-average ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness and initiative
  • Willingness to travel
